I agree cam+tune or leave it stock.

The 206/212 cam would give you great lowend tq.

Vinci 210/218 .551/.551 on 116ls is what I have. I love it for dd. dramtic tq difference from 1000-3000 rpm range. Truck flys to 70 at 2000rpms of course I have every bolt on possible and a custom tune. highway millage went up 1-1.5mpgs

Definitely need an in person custom tune. Like somebody mentioned
small cam that doesn't need a tune with no tune <<<<< stock cam with a tune

If you want to do it right with only one tune $$$$$$ wise
Wait for the funds to get small cam, long tubes, y-pipe it to stock muffler for quietness. Maybe cut that ugly pipe off after the axial.

The higher LSA will be quieter. Not 100% related to loudness but usually the case. Example 112LSA usually choppier than 114LSA or 116LSA

Blackbear mail order tuned my small cam lq4 swap and nailed it the first time. I lost at the most 1 or 2 mpg max. I met up with him at a local tune meet to get it tuned for my new mods and the tune was so close it didn't need hardly any work.
