Default Can anyone identify this part?

I found this in my box of parts and bolts from my 6.0 core.

It has a #on it: 12558177.
I'm not sure if it came off the 6.0L or if it came from another motor and ended up in the box.

ok ********

But seriously I'm trying to figure out what the hell it is. I'm assembling my 408 and I found this thing w/ the old bolts and parts from the core. I don't think it's for the knock sensor b/c I bought it as a short block i.e. no heads or valley cover. It may be a part to another engine that ended up in my 6.0L box.

Someone please help.

Took another look at the block and the part. It will fit over the posts in the valley. Is this where it goes?

Quick p/n search yielded "grommet' under "electrical and wiring harness" category.
