I noticed you left the heads and intake on.... The lifters don't pose a problem doing the cam swap that way?

no not at all we had a compression tool if thats what your meaning but we got tired of using it and if you just turn the the crank to top dead center on each one the piston itself will hold it up, but doin a cam swap on these trucks is much easier than the old days with the carburated motors, even though you can just turn the cam a few times to lock the lifters in place so they dont fall we went ahead and used 5/16 dowel rods just for that extra safety hahah.
