I was going to call COMP Cam or CRANE and see what they have to net me some good horsepower.

Patric will set you right on the cam

i see a bigger cam than that in most 5.3s because of the auto trans

i would go with somthing arround 222 230 with arround .590 of lift and 110 to 114

you should get more whp due to the manual

so even if you go with a tsp/tr 220 on 110-114
it would still sound bad ***+haull ***+and lay more horse *** on the dyno
