I have an 02 2500hd with a 2600 stall 4l80e 35s 4.10 gears im building a dart 427 4.125 bore x 4.000 stroke and some afr cathedral port 245s I'm using the TBSS intake my question is its I'm using it as a daily driver 4x4 with occasional towing a few times a year will i lose bottom end with this cam it was custom speced what's your opinions?

 

If you were realistic with your goals, I don't think you will. That is probably like a stage 2 high lift cam on a smaller cubic inch motor.

 

I'm just afraid of losing towing ability like towing a car once in a while but I think it'll be fine I mostly daily drive it Launch from lights or 4 wheel offroad

 

a 230 intake duration on 427 with a head that can move air is mild. Its like a 220 on a 6.0L

 

Should work well for what you want.
