Got to ride in this the other day, for sure pulls hills nicely.

I'll be interested to see how mine increases with the Lunati 212/218 and milled/cleaned up 243s with headers. I may get those from Speed Engineering as well before OP tunes my truck.

Nice gains with that cam. It will only get better when you get the exhaust sorted out.

I hope so. At that point I will be done since I won't be spending the big money for heads, intake, or nitrous there won't be much of anything left to mess with unless I found a cheap used underdrive pulley, but I am not sure I would go through the trouble to swap it.

Are you looking for a dyno king or DD? If your DD'ing it then i probably wouldnt mess with a pulley unless you find one for cheap.

Do LTs and x pipe and be done with it. Tune after LTs should be good for another 10-20 rwhp

Unless you like not running a crossover pipe, an x pipe wouldnt necessarily increase hp but will balance out your exhaust, especially after LTs.

Exactly, it would have to be close to free for me to want to bother it

I can't recommend it enough for someone who is interested in daily driving, towing, hauling, but still wants a nice HP bump all through the rev range. Every time I drive my truck I find myself pleased. It keeps everything I loved about how mellow the truck is to drive compared to my car, but the extra power is noticeable.

I had done the exhaust just for sound (and my stock muffler rotted out) and had them set it up cheaply and kept it so I can get the transmission pan off without dropping the exhaust. Not opposed to adding an X or H later, but it's not a high priority either.

Just a quick update, still loving the extra power but trying really hard to behave driving it.

Ran my usual week with no abnormal trips last week and it didn't show any improvement in MPG, came in at a hair over 14mpg all city (lots of hills). Was hoping it might actually gain a bit but it didn't lose any either so I can't complain.
