Default Budget Build Advice.....Please Help

So my motor now needs to be pulled out and I have to take the block to the machine shop to bore the cylinders a little bit. It sucks, because I am extremely broke and only have 1800 bucks to do it all on. Can anybody recommend a good set of pistons and rods that aren't that expensive. I found a set Of Mahle pistons with rings and wristpins over on Jegs for about 630 and some Eagle Rods over on Summit for 270, but it didn't say if they came with the bushings or not. I know a little bit about the LS motors, but not too much. My experience has always been with diesel

I am really trying to keep parts including gaskets under a grand. If I can get a good deal on pistons and rods, or if anyone knows of a 4.030 piston that will work on a stock rod (floating type), then maybe I could get a decent used cam, and some pushrods, and springs.

Thanks in advance for the advice,

Justin
