Was waiting for you to see this thread. Ya we are pretty positive at least one of the pistons is gone, not sure what else

 

everything you said happened to me i say check ur plugs try #7 frist then #5 pull them out and see which one is smashed and soaked with oil, damn sorry that happened to you too

 

I am back home and truck is at Rogers. Will updated all the info once we get it out. He is going out of his way to get my truck in earlier since I am only home for a week this time from work.

At least once we get this sorted out and all fixed up I will know there will not a be a bolt on that motor that we didn't touch and will feel more confident when it's all back together.


Anyone take a look at that log? Really stumped why it stayed lean when it should have gotten into PE

Dammit man!! sorry about the old pistons taking a po po.

 

I expected something to break eventually it just happened sooner than i expected and I figured it would have been drive line related before the motor.

Oh well time to upgrade

 

i tried seeing it but it wont show up in my phone also what fuel pump are you running again? and what injector?

 

dam this sucks..i.think im going to swap back my 5.3 and turbo/procharge.that lol

 

it could have been a fuel problem and not a tune problem if it has been running fine this long?
