I have a 2001 z28 camaro and it recent dropped a 5.3 iron block in it. I wanted to know what’s the best thing to do to get more boost out of it ?

 

Well, using an actual turbo charger or supercharger would get some "boost" out of it but if you just want more power without doing those things you need internal mods to get some real power out of them.

Like an aftermarket camshaft, some headers etc etc, then get it custom tuned.
