It's hard to tell on my screen, is it copper colored? If so, yes.

Perfect! I can't think of anything else in the motor that would be copper colored. The valve guides aren't copper so that is out.. Looks like it has to be a bearing

yup 100% i see your running a callies compstar crank seems those have been having some problems lately not being machined correctly just throwing it out there

That sux.

The compstar is Chinese made , the dragonslayer is not .

Lots of people having problems with the Chinese cranks , scat included .

Again I've never heard of anyone having problems with these cranks. Where are you finding that info?

How many miles are on that filter? If its a lot I really wouldnt be that worried...have you noticed any loss in oil pressure? If your crank bearings are shot it would look more like this:
