I am having this very problem...I have had the trucker cam for a few months, but this just started after I installed the Radix...where can I learn more about what you are suggesting I do (I don't understand what you said, like how do I turn up the base idle air flow and what is a cruise control effect)...Also, Brian (Magnuson) thinks I have a vacuum leak...so that is what I'm gonna dbl check today.

Could you also elaborate on what is causing this problem?

Did you buy a NEW Radix or one from a buddy? I bought one online, used, and it was set up for the older trucks with the throttle cables. The place where the throttle cable bracket attached to the top of the Radix had 2 drilled holes to screw the bracket into. Well one of those holes goes all the way through into the intake. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why my truck was running like crap until I stuck my hand on that spot and it sucked my finger down! I put a screw in there with a little rubber gasket and the problem was solved.
