Did Brian say if a strong lope would damage the Radix rotors?
Can you get a sound clip?
Did you replace springs or anything else when installing the cam?
Did you feel the difference when you installed the cam?
You're the first person on this forum to have the Trucker cam and a few of us are real curious about it.
Thanks,
Chris

How far are you from Central Florida...I'd be happy to meet anyone and take for a spin.

Not sure about the lope "hurting" the Radix (where did you here this?) but it does make a 'gear-knocking' sound when it really starts to lope...My idle is starting to settle in but it does want to die on slow starts or sudden stops/reverse sometimes. I've gone 3/4 throttle with it so far and it really rips.....I am pretty sure I could spin my nitto drag radials through first...something I could not do before. I'll get a few more vids here pretty soon.

Sounds pretty mean. The lope and damaging the Radix is a rumor I heard along time ago, I'm not sure that it is true and I cant imagine that Vinci would make a cam that is for the Radix that might damage the Radix somehow. I just think a strong lope would cause the rotors to slap each other. But thay slap anyway during start up and shut down of the engine so maybe it's not a big deal.

While I was under the hood working on it and while driving it before I got the wiring fixed, the rotors on the radix were slapping together and making a helluva lot of noise. I was worried I was tearing it up. After the misfire was fixed it sounded fine again. A strong lope, to me, sounds just like my misfire and I thought it could cause the same slapping of the rotors.

I'm just on a knowledge quest. I don't want to spend $800 to do a cam and tear up my 5K S/C. If the cam lope will not hurt the Radix, then great. I just want to make sure. The only time I think it would even be an issue is at idle but I guess if you turn the idle up to 800rpm it wouldn't matter anyway. My idle is at 500 rpm and I think that is too low with the blower and when the A/C kicks on it drops to 350-400 and almost dies and then kicks back up to 500 this all only takes 1 second but it is kind of annoying. I'm hoping a dyno will get rid of that.
