Google search for comp trunnion upgrade... Or btr trunnion upgrade, or im sure someone will chime in with the name of the bushing style trunnions....

here is a link to the texas speed trunions. These are the ones i used and it took about 20 minutes in a bench vise. super easy and these are a little cheaper than the comp trunions

they are bearings, little needle bearings but they are held in, not just sitting in there. if somehow the c clip would break and the bearing fell out it wouldnt send the neeldles anywhere.
