Im about to do my cam swap and was wondering what valve seals u guys used and where did u get the longer crank bolt from. One more thing, what puller is best for removing the stock crank pulley? Thanks, I found some seals on ebay but also found two diffrent types at parts store.

chrysler pulley remover from autozone is the one most people use, just rent it. i believe you can get the longer crank bolt from thunderracing.com but its not necessary if you are using the stock pulley, just heat up the snout of the pulley really well with a butane torch and it will slide on and you can just use a NEW crank bolt that you buy at the dealership. Do not re-use the orignal crank bolt

do you have to use the washer that is provided with the ARP crank bolt? ive done 2 different UD pulley swaps and one of them i was able to use the washer and the other one was a different brand pulley and i couldnt use the washer on it

I got new Fel-Pro valve seals from autozone for 20$.

I also borrowed a tool that 03sierraslt made for reinstalling the crank pulley.

It is a piece of all thread with a 24mm nut welded on the end, and with a couple washers stacked on it, it re presses the pulley back on. Works great.

And you dont have to worry bout stripping the crank threads.

Good Luck!

Dont forget about holding your lifters up!

I used wooden dowl rods 1/4, soaked in oil. they worked great.
