True I couldn't agree more. I started really looking at everything really close wondering what was going on. Well I think I found a problem. When I stall the truck out to 3000 (I have a fti 3200) the pinion is moving up at least 2- 3inches before it hooks I think it is moving alot more when it hooks. So bought some caltracs. They should be on in a couple of days. Hopefully stopping the rear end from trying to do a backflip will help alot. I notice the other stalled it at a spot on the street and seen tranny fluid on the ground. I think it is also trying to pull the driveshalf out of the trans.

Just a small update, I ran 8.51 @ 81mph friday night. Spinning out of the hole with a 1.9 60ft and 1501 density altitude.

My truck 6.0 cam only, 3600 stall, 4.10s, stock suspension, and some worn out ET streets ran 8.19 @89 with a 1.76 60'. We will see what it does with the new setup!

Do you happen to have a pic of your slip? I ran a 8.23 @ 89 with a 2.0 60'. Are you sure your mph is right?

I was off on the numbers a little the MPH is 83.XX, I was trying to do it by memory from 2 years ago lol.... Also, I am not sure what the truck weighed then. It was a 2000 RCSB 6.0 MS3 cam and 862 heads. It ran very well for what it was. I just wanted more!

About the same times, but the 8.21 I just flashed the converter and the 8.20 I stalled to 3100-3200. I have a video of the 8.20 somewhere. I will look for it.
