Are you sure you got the cam lined up right? Rockers tightened down correctly? Pushrods seated into the rocker cups correctly? Sounds like you might have a valve that's hanging open contacting a piston or something like that.
Ohhh I misread that, sorry jeeze take it easy on the new guy... In that case I must agree with what you said then, I hate agreeing, so I am going to agree to disagree... hahahha

Yes every rocker was torqued ect. While the engine was out i spun it and everything turned fine. I'm going to take the covers off and see if anything is wrong.

you sure you installed the correct flex plate? might wanna take it off again and see if the motor turns. think you mentioned it turned fine before you had the flex plate on

I'd take the timing cover and valve covers back off and make sure everything is how it should be.
And take ALL the plugs out instead of just one side.

Ok got the rockers, pushrods, cam gear out and still the same.. Wont want to turn. Might it be that a bolt got into the intake side of the heads there somehow?? or the flexplate put on backwards?

I don't think a backwards flexplate can cause that unless it's physically hitting something.

Better grab a flash light.
