Default 5.3L LS1 cam swap parts needed

So I'm doing an LM7 swap in my '93 300zx, and decided to pick up an ls1 cam on the cheap just to get it running (spun a cam bearing). I've gathered that I need 7.4 pushrods, stock rockers, ls2 timing chain/gear/sprocket, and stock lifters, but can't get my head around how to choose springs. I *think* 2002 ls6 yellow springs are the best bet for this setup, but this is my first time doing a cam swap. Any information is much appreciated.

Default Springs

Go with a set of Pac 1218 springs, good for .600 lift

The ls1 cam is also the lq4/9 so you should actually be ok with stock springs, if you want more just for peace of mind then the ls6 springs would be fine!!
