Default stock LS3 valve springs in a LMG

my brother wants to refresh his 09 Tahoe with a LMG 5.3l. I have a set of LS3 valve springs from my Camaro with only 4000 miles on them. Im wondering if they would be a bolt in swap? same install height?

cool. I already have a new timing chain too so this will save him some cash.
