5.3 Engine Indentification Help!!!

To add. IIRC 4.8 should have flat top pistons and 5.3 has dished. 4.8 has higher compression because of this.
The 4.8 doesn't have higher compression than the dished 5.3. The 4.8 has less displacement with the same combustion chamber. The flat tops just bring the CR to the same level as the 5.3, not more.
