Well, what can you expect, with the kind of power your putting through them. I have heard of a company on Long Island NY that builds GM front diffs for race apps.
That being said, I think, from what I hear, that 500 to the wheels shouldn't kill it. What about the Tcase? How do those stand elevated power levels?

well, I am planning on getting either a stage 4 or 5 4L65 or an 80. probably the 65, I like the gearing better than an 80e. spealing of trannies, if they can make a factory Tcase good to 2500 tq, why are the trannies only good for a little above stock?

If you're going for 15 PSI of boost, I would'nt bother with trying to up the displacement. You might want to go to 4.010" via a bore and hone and go with forged rods and pistons (maybe a crank).

finally someone with some sense. 15psi on a forged 6L with a good head/cam combo should net all the power you can use on the street.
