Default 4.8l head bolts Help

Hello first time post long time lurker. Im swaping over my heads in my truck do to the castech head issue GM had in my 05 silverado. I got a set of 862 heads to bolt on to my motor. everything is going well however i got one question for the guru's. my new reman heads have a deeper front and rear centre bolt pocket for the first bolt design (2 different legths of 11mm bolts) I ordered the bolts according to my trucks year all the same length. they went in fine and I torqued them up already. should I take them out and get new shorter bolts for those holes? will this effect anything? thanks for the help.

I did a quick search, difference is in the blocks not the heads. So you should have the correct bolts.
