370 getting close to install

Default 370 getting close to install

Motor itself is ready, just a couple of items in the fuel sys and relocate coils. Hopefully in a week or so..........Gettin the Jitters

If you dont mind could you tell me what rods, pistons, crank you used??? it this going NA or FI??? Just curious, as I am beginning to gather parts for my 370.. Thanks

Sure,, stock crank, eagle rods,Diamond blower pistons, stage 2 wcch 317's comp cam,etc. this will have the P1 on it at 10lbs & someday a D1

LOL I like us guys (myself included) who go through the work of detailing out and pretty-ing up our motors only to cover them with ugly wires, hoses and engine covers Take your pictures now cuz no one is going to give a **** once it's installed and hidden under everything. Now go get 'er installed! BTW, why not a 402 CID motor or larger? What's the advantage of a 370?

what water pump are you using the new styles i notice it clears the throttle body.

That's the new L92 waterpump, that's how the LS6 intake works on there.

370 VS 402 = $$$$$$ Trying to clean up the motor, no covers, relocate coils,intake...

then dont put the engine covers back on, smooth your intake or swap it with an ls6-lsx,or the new weiand. the wires can't be removed but you can clean them up quite a bit. i've seen a few lsx engine that looked great!
