What do you recommend? im going to be running about the same set up:220/LTs/milled 243s/all bolt ons. If the 8.1s are good enough do they bolt right in?

Dang that sucks....

I'm getting some ported 243s, will the 8.1s be big enough?? or what size should be big enough?

the 8.1s are 31# and they will bolt right in.
they will be enough.

just looked at some of the logs from tuning the truck. idc is maxxed at 94%. so that should answer the question.

Hmmm, interesting.

Well im probably about to unload off of my 8.1 Marine injectors here soon if your interested. I'm going with 96lbers.
