Default 212/218 low lift cam for 4.8?

I was wondering if 212/218 low lift with ls6 lifters and a 114 lsa would be good on a rcsb truck with a stock stall? so far I got a tune, longtubes, kn cold air intake with a borla pro xs 3inch exhaust. so far i wanna get a retune when i get the cam and do true dual 2 1/2 inch piping. Thanks peeps

IMO true duals will kill your bottom end wont empty the cylinders properly loss of volocity keep the y-pipe as far as the cam all my research says that's a good bottom end cam for stock stall

should be a good cam. single 3" is plenty of exhaust for that motor.

If you love your 3.42's it's because you havent had 3.73's or 4.10's. Going from 3.42's to 3.73's is one of the best "bang for buck" mods I have done to my truck so far and it didnt even hurt my milage much.

4.10s is the way to go , and the cam is pritty much an overbard gain from idle to cut off
get the high lift though

Not sure where you're located, but I have a 212/218 low lift brand new in the box, LS springs, pushrods and a gasket kit for sale, $550. Pm me if you're interested, I don't have it listed on here. I can't tell you much about the cam though, I traded the truck before it got installed. Also have an oil pump and timing chain I'd throw in for $50, if you need them.

so then the high lift would be alright for my stock stall? also I got me some 373's just never got around to putting them on. the reason why I love my 342's is that I love that highway mileage. but "53bowtie" could be right. A little more take off wouldnt hurt.
