Man your engine bay is cherry...those valve covers look even better on your engine than they did in the pics you posted earlier

Great build. Get's me pumped up. I hope to start my 6.0 build soon.

Where exactly did you mount the coil packs? By looking at the pics, I'm guessing they are inside the frame rails. Just curious is this is a good place to mount them for a daily driver because of rain/water? Thoughts? I know your's probably doesn't get driven in the elements, but mine will be.

I mounted the coils down in the frame rails, it works and seems like they wouldn't get wet there in a daily drive but it's hard to tell. I mounted the coils on All-thread from Home Depot, and there simple held to the frame with zip ties for the moment. I ran the 96-99 truck vortec 350 plug wires up from the behind the headers, which is a trick making them run up there without touching anything!

I believe that Eastwood sells the exact paint that you want to match that back to stock

Hmmm they make a Gold cad plating painting kit for the Booster but that's 54.99 yikes, but for the cylinder they make a gray aerosol can specific for painting that which is only 19.95. So maybe I'll pick that up. Maybe a chrome lid for the master cylinder? Or would that be to much chrome?

Well after restoring my truck it never had the correct "vehicle information sheet" that goes in the glove box that lists the options the truck originally came with. Since my original was long gone I ordered a new one from LMC but it comes as just a sticker. This is a problem, I used some handy photoshop tricks and tapped the new sheet to a piece of printer paper and printed all of the options I wanted to list and my VIN. These are the results:

Finished Product! I found some special fonts that look completely original!
