If it was myself in your scenario, I would simply look at what failed and what caused it. If it was possibly caused by the modification, then I wouldn't care if they made me paid for it. If my modifications had nothing to do with the failure, then I'd wouldn't take no for an answer.

You said your fuel pump failed. I don't know enough about the new dual pump setups to know if it's possible that your modifications caused the issue. Maybe your tune put too high of demand on the pump, no idea. If it wasn't your fault at all, then yeah, they fucked you.

Yeah the Whipple didn't put any additional strain on the in tank pump because it is capable of around 100 whp than I'm putting out. I just figured they screwed me because of the visual mod and I pretty much accepted it. Like owning any other truck out of warranty. On the other hand I'm not at all sorry I did the blower. I wouldn't be happy with it loaded like I drive it everyday otherwise.
