Octane regarding AFR?

I wasn't clear in what I typed. For that, I apologize. I intended that to be in reference to adjusting PE when swapping between different pump gas octanes. PE needs to be adjusted in general, but not when swapping from premium to regular gas.
You're spot on that the stock PE is way rich and rarely kicks in.
