GM Trade Assistance?
Just testing the water to see if anyone has dealt with GM regarding "trade assistance"?
GM is offering me trade assistance on my 2014 Sierra due to issues I am having. I do not have the details on how "trade assistance" towards a new 2016 works, so I wanted to see if anyone here has done it.
Things that are good/bad. Things to watch out for, etc.
I do not want to get into details of this problem/process until everything is completed.
