Ill keep this really short. RNR wheel can suck my nuts! I didn't buy anything from them but thought i would be safe using them to patch a tire on one of my 22's being that they deal with big wheels. WRONG! I damn monkey with a screwdriver and hammer could have done less damage than what those morons did. Of course i confronted them and got the " that was like that" answer along with "I don't see anything wrong" I said dude these are a month old are you F#cking kidding me. So needless to say I got nowhere with them. I should've known better, but that is just my luck. So that is where i'm at scratched up rim and pissed off ranting about it on here. IDK if ill order just one new one or sell these and start over. Highly disgusted at this point. FML!!

They are doing everything possible to not buy me a new wheel. Anywhere from the "we have cameras in our shop just for stuff like this" and i say' ok lets see the playback"and I get the "sir we are not allowed to show that to just anyone". So of course i ripped them in a bad review and end up with an email from the owner wanting to know what happened and what they could do. Of course I ended up with the generic reply of "sometimes our franchise owners have problems that need to be addressed thanks for your help and sorry for your experience.
I'm just gonna buy my own tire machine. lol

I'm going to look at an AC & Heating job next week that we did 7 years ago that they think there may be a problem. I gave a 1 year labor warranty at the time, but it's still important to me to check and make sure that everything was done properly and to know if there is anything that could be our fault. That's how I do business and I think everyone should.

Looks like "bar" marks to me. The 2 foot metal bar used to flop the tire over the bead, no way the duck head that rides the top lip of the bead could do that.
Or if the rims are reverse mount, the tech missed the rim with one of the feet/claws and it hit the rim. Sucks either way, I feel bad if I mark up a nice looking rim at work. Only happened a few times in the gajillions of tires I've done.

I bought a set of tires from a friends shop once for cost. During the mounting he broke the TPMS.
Being a friend I told him not to worry about it, I would get a new TPMS, but he wouldn't have a vehicle leave his shop with something broken that he caused. So he ended up loosing money buying a new TPMS and making no money on a set of tires.
That's how real businesses are supposed to act.
