Well no luck as of yet. FFDP I agree 100%. I actually said that to them and of course the guy said "no". I asked what did it he said "man **** i don't even know" typical. I ripped them on my review they emailed me. Ironically I received an email from the company owner and of course he wanted to know what happened and what would change my opinion towards RNR. So I said the obvious which lead to another email of "i'm gonna look into this situation and get back with you". Its just plain and simple customer service or lack of in this case. Thanks for the input guys. i'll keep yall posted.
