How to spot a 6.2
I'm looking for a used 2014 or 2015 used 6.2 silverado or sierra. Since my denali just got totaled. When I was looking for my last truck you could type 6.2 into the keyword search on autotrader and all the 6.2's would pop up. Or I would just look for the tail pipe coming straight out the back to spot a 6.2.
But none of that works anymore. So how can I spot a 6.2, Maybe a certain code in the vin, or the intake is slightly different or maybe the engine cover.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!!

Pop the hood and look on the air box, it will say 6.2L
Crawl under the truck and look for the 3.5” exhaust and noise damper behind the muffler...... the tail pipes exit in the traditional side exit again. No longer straight back
Open the glove box and look for the RPO sticker
8th digit in the VIN from left to right is the engine code
14+ the 8speed trans came with the 6.2
