Without dragging this out, I'm about to buy a supercharger for my truck. Decided against new eras twin kit because I stay off road alot and placement isn't optimal. That being said, whipple or procharger? I do tow a travel trailer alot, but my truck pulls it fine as is. I also won't be installing long rubes or loud exhaust as I don't want to hear it all day everyday. I basically stay in my truck all day. Which would you use and why?

Have you looked at the new Procharger VT?? I know it's been Beta tested and I believe their taking orders with a deposit as of this post, but if it meets Procharger's claims and the reliability is there, this could be the next Katz Azz.....

If you dont plan any other mods I have to agree the maggie is probably the best bet. Proven reliability for miles and miles. At this point almost all factory blowers use the same eaton TVS rotors. You will be nowhere near pushing it past its potential without doing the mods you said you had no interest in. It will also be the more snappy than both options listed above.

I've done Whipple and Procharger. They're different, so either one dependent upon which type SC you want. I've been around/in/on/ect with several maggies, so when I went with PD type blower, I chose whipple. If I SC this truck, I might do a procharger for the whistle again, and the way boost builds over rpm range instead of all there right off idle. Simply my opinion.
If you're gonna run 6-8 psi and have no future plans of growing, any SC will do, just fine the best deal.
