Yeah should be good. I really need to get headers to open things up. Here is my boost vs RPM taken via vid cap.

Pro-chargers need the rpm to make boost, so it will be at it's highest value right before it shifts into the next gear or redline.

For sure is different but kinda cool. Not always do you need the 10psi so just rolling through the gears at medium throttle can be 1-4psi for an extra bump.

You are. The surge system on the ProCharger kit for the GM trucks is designed to stay open till 3500rpm. Anything under 3500rpm the truck sees 0 boost. At 3500 rpm it starts at 5psi and as you saw in the pictures will go up to 10psi by 6,000 rpm. My shift points are set to 6300 rpm so I am at 10psi for only 300rpm. I had the converter installed prior to getting the supercharger. Being it was a 3200 stall that is why I went with a centrifugal supercharger instead of a Whipple or Maggie. One thing to keep in mind I did get the tuner kit from ProCharger and when I ordered it I told them I had a 3200 stall and I wanted a max of 10psi and what my shift points were. I am not sure if you got an off the shelf complete kit for the GM trucks if the surge systems still stays open till 3500 or mine is setup from ProCharger that way because I told them the truck had a 3200 stall.

I know after 10psi the fuel system tends to run out as well so your options are LT4 injectors, and pump, LT4 injectors and a cam with a bigger fuel lobe, or meth. I know that will help with the fuel system but as far as using more that 10 psi of boost they recommend a piston upgrade for the 5.3 and 6.2 from what I read.

Make sense, in the Discount Tire links you posted the tires are the same diameter and the new tires are 4 pounds lighter each.

Not sure why discount tire shows the exact same diameter for both tires, but there are variations among manufacturers and even lines of tires inside of the same manufacturer. Using a tire size calculator it shows a technical difference in the two sizes as .26", but again with variances you ended up with no diameter change or very very little.
