i'd go with the Jr. or whatever the one is that has only the tube and good stock style filter...

I have an aFe cai plan to swap it out for the Jr.

There is a noticeable gain, but they don't compair to LT's. They do keep your original cats and dont effect warranty. Their fitment was good. You kinda have to weigh what you want vs voiding your warranty.

This thread compares them back to back on a 2008 Silverado. From what I recall the Jr kit is basically as good as a full CAI without leaving it exposed to direct water intrusion.

BBP Independent Intake Test Results - Black Bear Performance

I got mine from LMPerformance as they had really good pricing on the airaid products. Anything not listed on there site, just call in. Airaid also has a mail in rebate right now.

I just bought a bunch of stuff on there Black Friday/Cyber monday sale.

I got an MXP style CAI as well as a JR kit. After looking at it, I think I am just going to run the Jr. kit. I am hard on my stuff and I don't want to risk water intrusion.

Just something different, I prefer the "stock" look of the other setup more is the only real reason. I would wager that performance will be pretty equal in either form. You wanna buy the AFE Craven?
