Mcgaughys was awesome. I've heard of some complaining about djm, to include a guy on here. For the 4/7, you use stock hangers, which is nice when doing the rear...

A sponsor on here ran a special price on the complete kit like a year ago, but honored it for me in June/July time frame in the summer. Nice guy.

I think all of those you mentioned offer full drop kits with everything you need. It's just up to personal preference and budget if any.
I went with DJM 4/7 kit and bought Belltech street performance shocks. So far so good, just need to buy a pinion shim kit to fix my pinion angle. I'm getting some vibration at certain speeds.

The belltech kit comes with the trans space to correct the pinion angle and also includes the camber adjustmetn kit. You can get the kit now with shocks.

I'm happy with mine now. I did have to cut the drivesahft 1.5" tho.

I did 3.5/6, instead of 4/7, long story...

I used the mcg kit, I had ZERO pinion angle issues, ZERO vibration issues, making 401rwhp and running 12.91 in the 1/4, nor while daily driving. Alignment was spot on and simple for alignment shop, who commented on the kit leaving no followup issues. Just my exp.
