Default 128k miles - no catch can - intake valve pics

Finally got the manifold off and thought y'all would like to see some pics of the intake valves.

See that bracket? **** that bracket.

As a fun note, the intake runners on the 6.2 are 1.504" across and the 5.3 runners are 1.47" across. That's all I got before my micrometer died.

Love my rx monster catch can and clean side separator. Maybe someday I'll put the manifold off and see what it looks like.

well.. that’s a seller for me on getting one. my truck i bought last week with 26k miles. I wish RX was still in business. But I’m debating between the Elite Engineering or one made by RX Speed Works which I’ve heard is a “knock off”

Personally I'm not going to worry about it.

That's really not bad in the Direct Injection world. I'd love to see ports on a truck that had a catch can from new, at 130k. Bet it don't look much different. Catch cans don't catch everything.
