What ever you feel like using man. I've always been told penzoil is junk but it still meets a lot of requirements and standards. I use Mobil 1 and a good oil filter. And I'm old school so I rarely let it go passed 3k miles on a single oil change

Another oil thread..... Most here swear by Mobil 1.. I've NEVER used it. I've used everything from Penz, to Castrol, to Rotella, to Mobil Super, etc etc etc and have noticed no difference in consumption, mileage, color when changed, etc. My uncle has been a distributer for oil products for several decades now. His opinion is that the parts store house brand is going to do just as well as the pricey stuff in 90% of applications. I will spend a little more for a good filter though.

Wix filter with a magnet here as well.

I use Amsoil signature, but as long as you're changing it at proper intervals, oil is oil with these engines. You see people turning 400k+ miles using nothing but cheapo oil, these engines are tough. If you are making some serious power or spinning the crap out of it, I would run a good synthetic.

Amsoil signature series here, its pricey but you can get 25k miles b/t oil changes. Me however change it every 7500 miles.

pinzoil platinum is supose to be some of the best consumer oil out there from what i found. on bobistheoildguy.com or what ever it is its highly loved. now its not like in another league or anything because everything is good it just seems to edge the rest out.

now with that said just having the best filter and regularly changing is imo more important then what oil you run.
