valve train noise?

I held it at 3500 for like 20 seconds before going on my road test. According to oil sensor data its at 176kpa at idle

How about in standard should be 60 psi

Thats low hook up a gauge first did you change anything on the pump

No I left the pump alone. Replaced the o ring. And made sure not to pinch it oanything

Idle isn't that bad at 25 pounds but watching your guage while you are on the throttle troubles me more. Do you ever even surpass 275 kpa? ( 40 psig for you guys that can't operate an online convertor). Was your oil pressure always like that even before you did the cam? Just seems low to what I am used to. Maybe you have a lifter or two or three that are on their way out..... Assuming you of course used the ever so wonderful LS7 lifters.

It does get to about 275kpa which is lower then before...like ever since the noise crap started the oil pressure has beeb a hint lower. Its better now without the fram oil filter but still not great.
Shop key claims 6psi at idle is acceptable and 24psi at 4000rpm

I did use the ls7 lifters

I can't remember the colour. Its whay sdpc sent me.
Part number I think 12557752 just looking at my invoice. It wss yhe only "seal" at $6 so must of beeb the o ring
