Hey I was gonna remove the lift block on my truck and was wondering where you guys are getting the u bolts from? Ive tried napa and advanced and neither of them had the right size.

 

you dont need new ones, the stock ones have should enough thread

If I remember correctly ... I use two bolts.. I put on in.. The second one I tighten.. It worked good.. Keep my stock u bolts..

 

I got mine from thesuspensionking.com. Square bend, 9/16" dia, 2 1/2" inside width, 7" long. You can reuse the stock bolts, but they'll hang down an extra 1 1/4" and be quite noticable. Most of the places that sell u bolts recommend that you don't reuse them, though, due to the rolled threads.

 

I had 24's when I took off the lift blocks and shackles.. And you couldn't see it .. Unless you go under the truck

 

You can easily reuse them, if they hang low get out the grinder with cut off wheel.
