I tried running my car 2 days ago with stock wheels and tires and they wouldn't hook even in 4WD. This hurt my time badly with a 60ft of 2.0 something.
I scored 4 Toyo R888's off a friend for a good price and decided to take them and try them out. They're 17's just like the stock wheels but are low profile and look tooooo small lol. I might have to lower the car to offset the dwarfed look. But whatever, I'm just doing this for my next time at the strip and then putting the stockers back on. What do you guys think of these tires? Looks?

Damn man that's a sleeper !

I like it , just needs block outta the back to start . I did that on my Denali and it leveled it right out .

If anyone doesn't like it just ask them if they wanna race

Ray's Volk Racing 6x139.7

They are very expensive new, $550-1000 per wheel depending on the combo you order.

Thanks for the inputs guys. As for the wheels, AKlowriderZ71 is exactly right. They are 'Ray's Volk Racing 6x139.7' - 17" x 8.0.

How do you guys think these tires will perform at the strip?
