I'm actually just looking at the similarities with the twin screw units. I thought that Whipple no longer uses Lysholm superchargers and has developed their own systems after they had trouble getting superchargers from Lysholm. Is Lysholm now buying Whipple chargers and slapping it's sticker on the side? I'm confused!

For comparison, here is my Whipple system.

Well, now that I can compare more closely, I think it's just the front housing that looks so similar. The body's of the superchargers are slightly different.

I just put it in last week so I'm still getting accustomed to it. I really love the extra torque off idle! I feel like I could get some nice 60ft times at the track. My truck is a pig so I wasn't expecting to suddenly have a muscle car but I've been pleasantly surprised! I haven't got a clue what boost I'm running now, Whipple says 8-10 psi on a stock truck. I hear that the VE on the 6.2's is a little better than the 5.3 so I'm probably closer to 8 psi. I will be going to the track in a few weeks so I'm looking forward to getting some solid results. Good luck with your beastly sleeper!

Im running the 3.65" pulley now and have been wanting to get some drag radials but haven't been able to decide what I want. I did pick up some 26x10.5 et streets with alot of life left on them so I'll burn those off for now. Not what I want and kinda short but they were free and now from a 45mph roll I wont break loose and spin till I peg third.

I bet that truck would really benefit from a new tune. Almost positive they left Alot on the table!

Sweet truck nonetheless

Thanks guys. I tried loading the converter but it didnt help. Mph was a tad better by flashing it. The truck is rock solid consistent.
