I didn't have to tune out the O2 sensors, Although, I did start working on re-tuning right away. You have to pull the passenger side rear sensor plug loose from the bracket by the fender well though, or it will be too tight. They are working pretty good.

John Deere Racer- You have any clips with your Kooks? Did Mike Norris do any cam work to your truck? Also, did he port your TB? 90MM?

With all the trouble with fitment around the trans pan, I'm still iffy about any budget headers but the pics look good and the truck sounds killer through the stock catback. I just may add these to the wish list.

OBX S.S. Headers 07-Up & 06 (New Body Style) Chevrolet/GMC 1500 Truck & SUV 6.2L (With Cats) - Sparktec Motorsports You can ask them if they have any discounts going on and they will give you a coupon code for an extra $10 off.

I did not use the band clamps that came with the headers, I ordered the stainless ones from summit. Summit Racing SUM-692250 - Summit Racing® Band Clamps - Overview - SummitRacing.com
Hi there just wondering how many clamps are needed as I just ordered the same headers and sorry for the old thread bump.
