Default Running Truck without SDM and Seat Belts

I have a 2007 Sierra NNBS that hit a deer. I rebuilt the front end in the last two weeks, but I don't have the SDM and seatbelts back that I sent off for repair. I replaced the driver's air bag. My question is there any issue with hooking up the battery and running the truck without the SDM and seatbelts? Any fuses to pull or other? Not driving anywhere, but I would like to check all the new lights, finish leveling out the coolant, transmission fluid, pump down and recharge the A/C, etc. while I am waiting on the SDM and seatbelts to come back but not at the expense of taking two steps back.

You could pull the main fuse/relays if you wanted too.

Otherwise it should start and run fine even with those parts missing.
