question on wheel size...

Yes, they bolt right up.
I have a pair of 15x10s mounted on some 275-60s for the track.

I have a 15" rim for slicks as well. They bolt right up.
Mine have a back spacing of 4.75". They are an 8" rim.

Mine is dropped 7 inches in the back, and I run a 31.5 inch tall tire. 27" will be fine whatever his case may be!
