Default Ported & Polished Throttle Body

Just got done with my throttle body see what ya guys think..This was my first one. on the back side where the TB meets the intake towards the top there is alot of aluminum there to be removed to be the same diameter of the intake opening. The front, i rounded that lip over and gave the whole thing a polish job with a dremel, buffing wheel and mothers aluminum polish.

It looks good. Are you going to cut the throttle blade shaft and feather edge the blade?

Feather edging is thinning the leading and trailing edges of the throttle blade. You also need to modify your throttle bump stop to allow the throttle blade to open all the way.

The throttle blade actually opens farther then it should be at WOT. so there shouldnt be any need of modifing the bump stop.

If it opens farther than 90 degrees you should probably install a limiting screw.
