Yes, you could feel a little difference.
Its a free mod, it costs you nothing but time.
The question is, why wouldn't you do it?

According to federal law, as long as a modification does not cause a problem it does not affect the overall vehicle warrant. The only thing not covered is the modified part. It is all covered in the Magnuson Moss Act.

A cam swap shouldn't cause a rod knock, so I would say that the engine would be covered. Of course the dealership might say otherwise.
I believe that dispute resolution is covered in the Magnuson Moss act.

But opening up the engine to install the cam leaves endless opportunities for the dealership find possibile causes of internal bearing failure etc. Keep in mind most folks swap out valve springs and up the shift RPM, which is a very likely culprit for rod knock.

As for the TB porting, my truck is rated at 367/375. Its not worth jeopardizing the warranty over another 2 rwhp.

To each his own. I personally don't care for warranty cause if anything fails in my truck i don't plan on replacing it with the stock part. As for the throttle body I haven't done a NNBS one yet but i did a few on 00 and 01 models and what I would notice the most was throttle response and smoother revving I would say anybody that thinks they can do it go ahead you'll will not regret it. If it helps these trucks with throttle response, who ever owns one knows they need help with T.R, 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 or 6.2 doesn't matter. Even tuned the T.R is a little sluggish... sorry a little long but just my 0.2

Yeah, screw the warranty. They will complain and not want to fix things even if it is completely stock. I say build the truck you want and dont look back and worry about a warranty.
