Post Ordering a DSS Drive Shaft- ECSB 2wd

hey guys
I've been emailing DSS back and forth a few times and tomorrow I'll be measuring my shaft (thats what she said) and placing the order.
I made this thread so I can post up the numbers for a ECSB 2wd /w 6L80E for anyone searching in the future, plus photos and a top end run video to see if I can finally go over 130km/h (85mph) without getting a shake

our trucks use a 1350 U joint dont they?

I know my 4x4 V-max has 1350 u joints! I thought the 2wd was 1310 u joints? They have a u joint identifier on their site I think!

My DSs shaft is getting shipped tomorrow! I can't wait to do a 140mph run in it safely! My shaft starts vibration at 115ish mph but it's shorter than yells!

Awaiting your video!

I have a Driveshaft specialist driveshaft on mine, they are nice and the differance between it and stock is night and day. The stocker is like a pop can as its VERY thin.

So DriveShaft Shop asked me to measure from center of u joint to center of u joint.
I've had three different people hold the tape measure and each time I've come up with 84 - 7/8"

Specialist in San Antonio. I went 5" aluminium and love it. The 6l80s do use 1350 ujoints and the slip yoke is referd to as the "long 4l80 type" in the aftermarket. (OEM# 88964470)
