okay here is the situation. The tuner i might be using is 3 hours away. im thinking about undoing the charge pipe before my meter and leaving my stock injectors in place and driving there. once there i will just hook the charge pipe back up, swap in my injectors, get my tune and drive home. will this be feasable?

I wouldnt see why not. I have a friend that did something similar but he just to ok the spring out of the wastegate so it did not build boost and drove 6 hours to get his tune.

If you leave the stock injectors in there it will be fine to drive it even with the charge pipe hooked up as long as you dont see much boost. I drove mine for a while before i got it tuned.

Just stay outa boost and you'll be fine with the stock injectors and your charge pipe in place.

What these guys said. Just resist the urge to stomp the throttle.

If your tune is for stock injectors, drive it to your tuner with stock injectors. As long as you stay outa boost, they won't even know you have a turbo on it.

Drove mine for a little bit before it was tuned for the Procharger. Like mentioned just try and stay out of boost. It's easier said than done LOL

You have to tune for the injectors, don't install them till it's getting tuned. As for the turbo, just stay out of boost.
