Default My truck has a demon

Ok this is startin to really irritate me. I started out buying a brand new 08' silverado off the showroom. Basic 5.3 auto 2 wheel drive ECSB with heavy GMPP 22" wheels. It wouldnt for the life of it do a burn out. So hereI went, DOD delete, TR 219/224 601/607 115 lsa cam, new lifters, LTs, Y pipe, Magnaflow catback. All on a PCM4less.com tune. Installed everything, runs and sounds awesome but still no burnout.

Second go round. Here goes nothing. This time in my search for smokey rear tires are as follows: yank 2800 stall, vette servo, 4.11 gears, 8mm MSD wires and an SLP intake. Any suggestions to reach my goal? I even went as far as finding set of stock 06' aluminum wheels with a set of baldies on them just in case. Lol

I am really starting to think the tune is just way off. I just bought a wideband so I can really see how its running.

Just with my mods and the stcok 17s with snow tires mine wouldn't do it as well but cheap all terrains on the 18 titans wheels it smokes them all day long this was just from a stop and leting off the brake and mashing the gas. I would try those stocker wheels you got first

Well when I submitted the info on how I wanted it tuned. I told them all wanted all the torque management off. Im thinkin they went the other way with it. Thats why its goin on a trailer behind the superdooty to rpm motorsports for the full dyno. I just like the way it looks with the wheels and dont wanna change it up too much.

Lol I understand your frustration...back when I put the 5.7 crate engine in my avalanche it would not spin the tires, 2800 stall installed and I thought all was good! No....truck was pushing the locked front wheels, the squealing sound was the front tires being pushed across the concrete.
