Default Needing pictures of your C-notch

I am only running a 4/7 drop but I would like to get rid of my helper bags because I'm tired of bottoming out and would like to have the full travel of my axle instead of air in the back.

I'm not really wanting to spend 400 bucks on the bolt in notch so if anyone has done a custom notch for their, would you post pictures and explain what gauge metal and **** you did to make it work. Thanks.

Just buy a bolt in. It will be a lot easier and save you from screwing up your truck

Do you think if I get the bolt in notch that he will give the correct bracket so I can continue to run the helpers if need be?

400 is insane... ive got like 30 bucks in material into mine. 1/4" plated on either side and 3/16 up and around the inside. total is 18" long where its covered on the sides. my bro has pics ill try to get him to send them to me. i went from bottoming on EVERY bump to only hitting twice now and thats with a load in the back. BTW its only about 2" up into the frame. not to far

Because its a fully boxed frame I'm guessing why its so high. The kit wraps around the whole frame, then you drill your holes for your bolts and cut the portion of the frame away where the notch will be then put your bolts in.

Well I found these pictures off of rgv. So it kind of shows how the notch is cut, and where the bolt holes need to be drilled.
